WHAT HAPPENS AFTER SIGNING UP?

1. Check your email and text message. You should receive your welcome packet, your meal guide, and a link to join our Private CTF Community.
If you do not receive an email, please text our tech department at 678-787-634 to correct your email on file.

2. 2-3 days before the challenge
, prep your meals. If you have any questions about food intake, post your questions inside of the Private CTF Community.

3. On July 15th, 4am, you will receive Day 1 of the abs challenge via email and text. You will find the calendar inside of your email and workout videos.
